Vu completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne in 1996. He was admitted in 1997 to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. He has worked as a Senior Associate for large national and boutique specialist law firms where he specialised in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial law.

Recognising the need for quality legal services within the Asian community in Australia and Southeast Asia, Vu established APL in 2002.

In APL, Vu has gathered together a team of experienced lawyers, migration agents and support staff focused on meeting the needs of their clients.

Vu is a registered migration agent and has earned a solid reputation within the Asian community since commencing his Australian immigration lawin 1994.

Vu is passionate about providing legal services to all which is demonstrated by his commitment to providing pro-bono legal advice to non-profit organisations.

Khanh graduated from Bond University with a Bachelor of Law in 2003 and has been practicing in the areas of:

• Employment Law.
• Immigration Law and Visa Applications.

Khanh has no particular political influence (and will vote for the party with the best policy at the time) but likes to shake hands with decision makers.

Prior to joining Asia Pacific Lawyers, Khanh worked as a senior commercial lawyer in Cairns and Brisbane. Khanh established his own migration business in Brisbane but due to family reasons have to return to Melbourne.
